I called Tuesday to ask about a 2017 chevy silverado. After working details out over the phone with Sam I told him I'd be by to test drive and finish paper work that night. Once I arrived, I worked with Zia on the sale. During the test drive he had mentioned the truck came with two keys/fobs, and I also noticed the front turn signal wasn't indicating. Once we finished the paper work Zia informed me it actually didn't come with a second key/fob. They also let me know they needed to order a head light for the truck. They called Wednesday letting me know the light was fixed and it was ready for pick up! When I picked up the truck I noticed it had a quarter tank of gas. At the end of the sale I was happy with the truck, it's just the little things that could have put the sale over the top.

Worked with Trevor to buy my son his first car. Trevor was kind enough to do many walk around videos, took a bunch of pics and went above and beyond with my excited teenager asking a million questions. Sam too great care of us as well. Did the whole deal online and cars was deliver 3 days later as promised and it is a beast - Roush Mustang GT!! We shopped the whole nation and found the perfect car at a great price. I found Ally on Carfax. I drove 2 hrs to Addison to look at the car. I was very impressed with the ELITE customer service that I was given. Trevor was very helpful and knowledgeable and not to mention very handsome. The transaction was super fast. They go beyond to give you the best service so that you are satisfied. Did I mention the entire staff of men there are super handsome!!! Go see them for you car needs. If anything you will enjoy riding in a nice car with a handsome guy.

I have to say Ally auto group in Addison is top notch...Raymond is one of the coolest and kindest human in this business. He really went above and beyond to help put me in a Toyota tundra. The detail crew did a ok job... The mechanic that they have can't remember his name was so helpful and he fixed a couple of minor things and he put a lot of effort into this truck... Overall I will recommend Ally auto to all my friends and family... Thank you Raymond!
